SHABBATON WEEKEND BEGINS!
7:30 P.M. Torah Shabbat Service-Vayikra
Torah Services give us the chance to both read from and discuss the Torah. We love it when members come forward for aliyot, to chant, or to lead a discussion or debate. Periodically we do a Haftorah service featuring a reading and discussion from the Prophets. "It is a tree of life to them that hold fast to it, and all of its supporters are happy."

One With Nature/Big Bear Mid-July Camping Trip

Want to get away from it all - a place where your cell phone, for sure won't work?  Try a "remote camp site" outside of Big Bear.  No pitching a tent next to a 30' motor home on this trip.
The idea would be to meet around 6:00 A. M. on a Friday morning, camp out two nights, and return late Sunday afternoon. This trip requires a great deal of planning in terms of transportation, food, and logistics. Therefore, if you have any interest at all, please contact Bill Joseph and let him know soon.
